Pre-Primary continues the natural progress made in Kindergarten.  The play-based program  becomes more formalised and is a child’s first introduction into the WA curriculum, while still under the Early Years Learning Framework, there is a flow on of the benefits that come from learning styles in Kindergarten.

Our Early Childhood classrooms include an outdoor nature space which includes vegetable gardens, water courses, plants and a meeting area for outdoor class sessions. It is delightful to watch the students exploring and playing in this outdoor area – investigating, sharing, reading, making and problem-solving. 

 

Self-esteem is developed in this small school setting, with children growing in confidence,

given opportunities to ‘have a go’ and experiencing success.
